This 2015 Toyota 4Runner was built for the 2015 SEMA show by Bulletproof suspension in conjunction with Funrise Toy and Tonka, and it was acquired by the owner in 2018. The truck is finished in Midnight Black Metallic over black and yellow upholstery and is powered by a 4.0-liter V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Modifications include a 10” Bulletproof suspension lift, 20” Ultra Motorsports wheels, King shocks, Bulletproof rock sliders, a Warn winch, LED light bars, and a roof rack with a Smittybilt tent as well as a rear-mounted tire carrier and ladders.
The truck is finished in Midnight Black Metallic and features a black front grille, front skid plate, a tubular black front bumper with three Rigid LED light bars and a Warn winch. A tubular rear bumper is installed along with two rear ladders and spare tire and jack carrier. Additional features include Bulletproof rock sliders, a roof rack equipped with a light bar, a Smittybilt tent, and rear corner LED lights.
Ultra Motorsports 20″ alloy wheels are mounted with 38×15.50″ Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ tires. The wheels were previously powder coated yellow and were refinished in black under current ownership. A matching spare wheel and tire are mounted to the rear tire carrier. The truck has been fitted with a 10” Bulletproof suspension lift with yellow powder coated components and King shocks with remote reservoirs. Tonka logo plates have been installed on the underside.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats and a rear bench trimmed in black and yellow upholstery with quilted inserts and embossed Tonka logos. Factory equipment includes cruise control, power locks and windows, a power sliding rear window, an AM/FM/CD stereo system with a 6.1” touchscreen, navigation, and a back-up camera.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 4,600 miles.
The 4.0-liter 24-valve V6 was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque and features dual overhead cams and variable valve timing.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller states that the gearing has been changed and notes rust on underbody components.
